  1. Cancellations for Online Payments If you make full payment for our services online and choose to cancel your appointment, a 10% cancellation fee will be withheld. This fee covers payment processing costs and compensates for lost opportunities due to the reserved time slot.

  2. Refunds for Unsuccessful Repairs or Device Malfunctions If we are unable to complete a repair or if a device malfunctions due to our service, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by repairing the device. If the repair cannot be completed, you are entitled to a full refund.

  3. Refund Process for Cash Payments For payments made in cash, refunds will be issued via check and mailed to the customer’s provided address. Alternatively, we can facilitate refunds through PayPal or Venmo, based on your preference.

  4. Timeframe for Refund Disputes Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 15 days from the date of service or cancellation. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
