1. Limitation of Liability for Pre-Existing Damage Mobile Phone Repair is not responsible for devices that cease to function due to pre-existing damage that is exacerbated during the process of opening or attempting to repair the device. We will assess devices prior to repair, but undetected or underlying issues may affect the outcome, and we are not liable for such occurrences.

2. Responsibility for Direct Damages Any damage caused directly by Mobile Phone Repair during the repair process will be addressed by our company. We will take prompt action to resolve such issues, including repair or replacement, at our discretion, as quickly as possible.

3. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to book and use our repair services. By scheduling a service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payment Requirement Full payment for all repair services must be made in advance before we begin any repair work. This policy is in place due to past instances where customers refused to pay for services after repairs were completed. No repairs will be initiated until payment is received. If the repair is unsuccessful for any reason, we will offer the customer two options:

   • Option 1: A full refund of the payment made for the repair.

   • Option 2: We will reorder any defective parts at no additional cost to the customer and attempt the repair again.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy If you book a service and pay online but choose to cancel before the repair begins, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. No refunds will be issued once the repair process has started, except as outlined in the Payment Requirement section above.

6. On-Site Service and Waiting Time For on-site repair services, you are required to be present at the agreed location and time. Mobile Phone Repair is not obligated to wait for an extended period if you are not available at the scheduled location. If you leave the location during the repair and cause significant delays, you will be required to pick up your device at our designated repair facility.

7. Service Area and Travel Fees Mobile Phone Repair services a 12-mile circumference area around the center of Birmingham. For any repair location outside this radius, an additional travel fee of 99¢ per mile will be charged for each mile beyond the 12-mile radius to reach the repair site.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms.
